Where possible, consolidate servicing and minimise potential conflict between servicing traffic and other road users through careful timing of servicing.

Example actions:

Identify and test options for a district-wide consolidated delivery scheme for occupiers to subscribe to that has a clear timed and coordinated approach to servicing management, and which creates minimal disruption to pedestrian movement and street activity.

Explore opportunities, where suitable, to make intensive use of servicing spaces by efficiently programming them when servicing is not taking place, to accommodate the increase of people in the public realm during day time hours.
